The Fish Bowl

Put-in-Bay, OH 43456 419-285-8888 http://www.mossbacksatputinbay.com/1002/Page.aspx

Located in a historic building that has undergone recent renovations to make it cozier and more welcoming, the Fish Bowl has become a favorite hangout for visitors to Put-in-Bay. This fun, quirky bar that offers beers in giant fishbowl vessels has a wonderful staff that eagerly caters to guests.

Come in for the delicious drinks, but stay for the food -- it’s sure not to disappoint. Try an appetizer such as the Lake Erie Walleye Nuggets, Sauerkraut Balls or Potato Cakes and follow it up with a locally-sourced fish basket or a nice, juicy steak. But don’t fret, kiddos, there are a number of offerings such as chicken fingers and onion rings for the younger crowd. The Fish Bowl also offers the legendary Mossbacks' burgers -- they’re all so tempting, visitors often have difficulty choosing which one to sink their teeth into. For the thirsty visitors, try one of the many great craft beers or for something with a little more bite, go for a Shark Shot.
