A Perfect Choice!!

"This was our first time on Put in Bay and our family of 8 had a wonderful time here!! This condo was fresh, clean and beautifully done, both upstairs and down. The kitchen was top of the line, in every way and open concept to living area and the amazing deck. Both decks had awesome views of Lake Erie both day and night!! Dottie the GM and Tony made us feel so welcome in every way!! :) Thank you We will certainly be back!! "

"My Family and I really Enjoyed my stay in the Condo. It was an Easy Check In and an Easy Check out.The Condo was Very Clean.

I was able to Rent 2 Golf Carts very Easily from the Condo Sight and didn't have to go searching for a Golf Cart Company. When I picked up the Golf Carts I was greeted so well and was given the keys without a delay.

The Pool was Very Wonderful and We didn't have to walk for miles to get there.

I definitely will Setup a Vacation again."

"I rented a waterfront condo for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! It fit all 12 of us comfortably, location was great, the condo was clean, and checking in/out was super easy! Would recommend this to anyone staying on the island!"

"Overall, pretty great! The interior layout was very good for a large family except there was no indoor eating space. Bathrooms were huge, bedrooms nice size and everything very functional. Very clean!!! Not much of a “beach” by the the lake, wished they could have done more with that. The star though is Lake Erie which was gorgeous and just as I remembered it! "

"We were blown away by house nice our condo (Unit 201) was when we arrived. The place was clean, well kept with beautiful views. The Island Club made everything easy and it was very easy to work with them. Every time I called, they answered all my questions and made the move-in and move-out process seamless. "

"We have stayed at Put-In-Bay Condos for the last 5 years. We love the space and that we can invite friends to enjoy the island. We also love that it is close to the winery and not a bad walk into town."

"Rental experience was great. The only issue we had was upon arrival. The parking is a real issue. Only one way in/out no turnaround. Only 2 handicapped assigned parking spaces. We are a family with a handicapped member. I would hope parking would be addressed in the future. Maybe designated parking passes provided to guests along with assigned parking space. Guests shouldn't have to walk nearly a football field length when coming & going due to the lack of parking spaces. Another suggestion is to move the golf cart return area. It's too congested. Never had to contact management. House was in great condition. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future."

"He had a great time with family and friends. This was our third trip to Island Club Condos. It is a short walk to the winery and a nice walk into town. We love staying here and enjoying the pool and grills. Plenty of room for our party or 12"

"Spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. We will stay at the condos again. I liked being in the end unit #201 with a tree on the corner of the deck. I found the Island Rental team helpful and good to work with. My only complaint was that the main slider door windows and deck was dirty and the kitchen floor needed mopped, no just sweeped. I cleaned the windows when I arrived so we could enjoy the view. Overall, the unit is great! "

"The staff brought you whatever you need with in 10 minutes. We didn’t have to check in at all. They email the key code before arrival. The condo was beautiful. We loved the balcony and staring out at the water. We ordered our golf carts before arrival. That was nice. They came and did the paperwork and it was ours. The only negative thing was the floors were dirty and lots of cob webs. I don’t think they could keep up with all the tiny spiders. We would definitely go again. Josh was helpful any time we called."

"The condo was advertised and the location was perfect for our family if 6. We rented a golf cart too and that made getting anywhere on the island simple. The staff was helpful and I appreciated the text communication from the company. Our trip was the beginning of August and we didn’t think about how bad the nighttime bugs would be on the patio. I recommend anyone coming up to bring citronella candles. "

"Stayed at the 12 person condo for 2 nights. Immaculate view of the lake in the back. The condo is very spacious and well stocked. Great stay for 4 adults and 5 kids. Condo was the highlight. Put-in-Bay did not really “work for me”"

"This was perfect for our first time at PIB! My sister wanted her Bachelorette weekend here so I found this place and it could not have been more perfect. Everyone was amazing, it was a little noisy but that’s the only fault we could find. I wish I would’ve understood more about the way transportation worked but it was my fault for not paying much attention to the emails and alerts sent out by the company. If you’re able to do that, you’ll have no issue. Such a fun place to stay! "

" This is a very well appointed hospitable condo which we enjoyed for five days. The views of the lake were amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay there. It was Very relaxing in the evening to open up the sliders from the communal area out to the lake and enjoy the breeze while we chatted on the deck and the inside area. This is a great location at Put in Bay and we would really recommend it to anyone."

"8 couples, needing a place to stay together, this was a great choice for us! Beautiful view of the lake, clean, updated, very comfortable. Definately a great choice!
The downside, we did have to clean the patio furniture before we could sit out there and the bug carcasses on the screens and doors were not recent. Looked like it was not touched for a long time. "

Had issues with golf cart rentals, there was a double booking with our golf cart & my daughters golf Cart kept going missing. "

"Our condo was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. Usually kitchens are stocked with the bare minimums, but this kitchen had more than enough. Let's not forget the location. Being on the water was the best. We slept with our doors open and going to sleep and waking up to the waves was so relaxing and peaceful. This was our 1st time at Put-In-Bay and we've decided to make it an annual trip and we'll definitely being staying here during our future trips! This place exceeded our expectations!"

"As a family we enjoyed our stay very much and the only problem we had was that the elevator was not working upon arrival for our son's wheelchair. We had a condo on the second floor, but because of the management's professional attitude, together we worked it out. If the elevator had been working we would have rated everything a 5 star rating. Our condo was beautiful and there were 13 people who enjoyed their stay at Put-In-Bay. "

"Very clean and beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great and easy to get a ride into town. Our A/C was not working when we arrived and they sent someone out to fix it very quickly"

"Only concern is there was no way to remove the mayflies from either the upper or lower deck. A broom or something, preferably a water hose, as you know mayflies pile up quite quickly during the hatch season

Parking spots limited in front of condo, my father has had double knee replacement so his mobility is limited, golf carts were constantly parking in the few close full size parking spots"

"I brought my team to the Put in Bay Waterfront condos for a work retreat in early May before the summer rush. The condos facing the water are brand new and a great location. The amount of beds were perfect for a large family or group of 7+ people, although all of the beds are full size. The only thing we struggled with was the fact that the kitchen was very poorly stocked of equipment for making meals. The view and the double decks definitely are well worth it. If you travel back and forth to the mainland with a group, prepare to spend a lot of money on ferry rides. 6 people and 1 car round trip is over $118. "

"This condo was perfect for our group of 11. Very spacious and clean. The management group was very helpful and accomodating. The only issue we had was that the elevator was not operational at the time. This was really only an issue though when unloading and loading our vehicles. The waterfront view was gorgeous. We will be back!"

"This condo was great for our family vacation. We were with 10 people and the size of the condo was perfect. Very spacious, the kitchen, entertainment room and deck were all somewhat connected so we were able to visit well with everyone regardless of where you were in the condo. We would highly recommend this condo, it has a beautiful lakefront view and the condo was very clean. Tony the manager was wonderful, he informed us of things to do and also recommended an awesome taxi driver. "

"The brand new property had lots of room. Pool was great. Needed reading lamps. The mayflies were in season so a screened in deck would have been great. the 2 decks over looking the lake are GREAT but when the bugs are there what good are they. I do not think bug spray is the answer. Can hardly wait to see the condo when all the landscaping is done. I know it will be beautiful.. "

"We had a bachelor party and rented out one of the new Put in Bay waterfront condos for the weekend. We had a great time and fit 12 people comfortably! It is not to far of a drive from the downtown area. I do wish the bar area was completed for our stay but we still had a great time. We would come back for sure!"

"The condo was Beautiful, except for a brand new condo, the towels and wash cloths were badly stained. Communication was really our only complaint. The pool was not finished, therefore, not usable, and construction was still going on. If only they had communicated to us, we would have been fine, but the street was not marked to get to the location and there was construction going on so we were not even sure that we were at the right place. I did call several times before our arrival with questions and no one ever had answers. Despite the lack of communication, the condo was Beautiful and Spacious and I would stay there again. Also Tony was very helpful during our stay. This place will be Great when construction is complete."
