"We had a question about the Roku (rainy day), called and someone was onsite within a few minutes. They also replaced our grill (this took 2 calls). We rated amenities lower as there was only 1 small frying pan and we cooked our own meals for a week making that difficult. "

"The place was clean and easy to find but the walls were amazingly thin. You could hear someone showering like they were in the room. The site and staff when calling were not user friendly and I am still waiting on a response on the security deposit that I did not get back yet. It was extra cool that our golf cart was waiting at the cabin and a guy came around to sign the contract and show us how to use it. "

"The rental unit was good but the beds (especially the bunk beds) seemed a little unsafe. No one slept in the top bunk and instead slept on the couch. "

"My friends and I have stayed in a number of different cabins in the Island Club, this was one of the nicer units. We were there for Halloween weekend and the place was pretty well kept, although a little dated. The couch was a little worn and sat low when sat on. The kitchen was great with lots of storage. Timmy, the Island Club taxi driver, was awesome! He was prompt every time we called!"

"Sleeps 8 people easily. Not far from the pool. Easy walk to the concert area. Refrigerator was cold and air conditioner worked great. Love having 2 bathrooms showers we’re great. It was nice to have a clothes dryer. Living room was big enough to sit around and mingle. The whole group would love to go back. "

"The cottage was located conveniently. Generally, everything was in order and clean, though some end of the season maintenance was due. Some non-critical maintenance and housekeeping issues were brought to the attention of the management as feedback and were apparently received appropriately. Management processed our deposit refund promptly."

"This rental cottage was perfect for our adult getaway weekend with friends. It had plenty of space and room for eight adults. The only thing that was missing was a coffee pot for the coffee maker which you can imagine is vital when you have a hangover. The mattresses in the beds were less than comfortable. I would probably recommend that the rental company upgrade the mattresses to better quality so that people can get a good nights sleep away from home."

"This place is very well kept and nicer than expected. Great location as there is little to no vehicle traffic. Only downside was there was information on the guest portal that was different than the final documents, I.e. pin code and bed sizes. Overall, it was a great experience and will definitely come back again."

"The cottages are the best way to save money and travel with friends to the island! This is our 4th stay and it was perfect as usual. The coffee maker was broken and the trash was filled when we got there, but after an easy message on the app, they promptly took the trash and brought a new coffee maker. No complaints and we are already planning on staying there next year. "

"Not the most luxurious of places, but for a fun bachelorette party weekend it does just fine. The whole resort is basically rented out by bachelor/bachelorette parties during the weekends in June. Accommodations are ok. Beds aren't incredibly comfy and bunk beds are squeaky. Screens are broken so bugs get in during Mayfly season. But again, for a fun bachelor/bachelorette weekend, its fine. Place is clean, furnished, dishes provided, comes with a grill, resort has a pool, resort offers weekend golf cart rentals - you're not in the cabin that much anyways, so it works just fine as long as you have the right expectations. I've stayed at the Island Club a number of times over the years, mainly for bachelorette parties, and have always had fun. "

"The only things we could complain about was the screen on the front door was torn & the sprayer on the kitchen sink didn't work right. My husband took the sprayer attachment off so neither problem affected our stay. We had a great time & loved the taxi service, very nice guys! One of them even brought my daughter's wallet back to the house on Sun. AM when it was discovered missing. Everything was in it. People working on the island were all very friendly! "

"This was for my bachelorette party and this rental was perfect for us. There were 6 of us, so it gave us the perfect amount of room to sleep and also to get ready for our nights out downtown. The space for the most part was clean, besides the fact that there quite a few things that either were broken, didn't work, or just weren't provided like they should have been.

The main door had a screen that wasn't intact whatsoever, it looked as though it had been punched or kicked by a past guest. The blinds leading out to the picnic table had many of the huge blind piece missing. We couldn't close it for any privacy as there were not enough blinds to do so. We could never turn on the tv, because the remotes didn't have any batteries in them. I mean we didn't care to watch tv, but still... The sheets mattress covers that were on the bed, were dirty when we got there which was kind of gross, but we brought our own sheets so it made it okay. The bathrooms didn't have any soap and I didn't recall having to bring that. The paper towels ran out super fast. Also, there were no hand towels at all. I know we had to bring our bathing towels, but I didn't know about the hand towels too. The house I mean needed some updates and/or more direction on what to bring.

It was still a fun place to stay and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. The staff was nice and welcoming too, which made the planning process easy and enjoyable. Thank you!"

"Blinds in living room were broken, vanes missing. We lacked privacy especially at night. Ordered linens. Understand why they were not on beds, but fitted sheets would help the process especially on bunk beds. Written directions to operate TV would have been helpful including channel guide. Wifi would be ideal. Great location for family reunion!!"

"This Island Club house worked well for our family! We have 3 kids, one who is married and one engaged for a total of 7 people. We love the convenience of a washer& dryer in the house! We were a little disappointed to find two full beds in the master bedroom instead of one queen size, but we made it work. They were super busy over the 4th of July so it took awhile to get our golf carts. Other than that it's a great place to stay for a family! Thankyou Island Club!"

"Our stay was excellent. Great hospitality by the taxi drivers and the place was clean. We were in a hurry to get out of there in the morning so we were not able to throw absolute everything out but I feel we cleaned pretty well. I would hope to see my full deposit returned to me"

"We found this online and contacted staff to verify rate and availability. They were very nice and help full with any questions we had and even made some suggestions to assist us in our stay. We had cottage 99 and was pleased with what we paid for. It was a nice place that accommodated us very well with 6 adults (a lot of room to spare). It was furnished as described and beds were comfortable. However, the ceiling fan was out and there was a closet without a light bulb, as well as one of the portable fans were broken, not a big deal to us. We were able to check in early and golf cart was there on time. Great location as you are off beaten path but not far from anything. We will be staying here again and recommend it to others. It was quiet and peaceful with lots of shade trees. Pool is smaller than expected and lots of chairs and friendly people."

The house was clean but we had to go into town and buy light bulbs because the chandelier had burnt out bulbs the light on the end table was broken, so it was quite dark in the living room. The bulb in the kitchen light was also burned out,

The screens in the sliding door is missing, the screen in the front door was half missing and the mosquitos poured into the house if you opened the door at night."

"The cottages are easy to get to from Miller Ferry. The Island Club cabs are always available. Convenient to and spot on the Island. "

"The bedroom set up was not ideal for us as 50 year olds, the house across the street #96 was better for the bed setup."

"The group had so much fun staying at island club rentals. The houses are perfect for hosting. Everyone has a place to stay and the living spaces have enough room for everyone to be together and enjoy. Getting to and from places was super easy and fun with the island club taxi !"

"Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to Put-In-Bay. This particular unit could have used a bit of a "refresher" in terms of the furnishings. Also, the patio door would not lock and the molding was coming off the door frame. The area was very nice. Unfortunately, we were not aware that it was the end of the season and no one else was there and the pool was closed. We could not view our rental unit beforehand as there was no video tour of unit 99. I think we will return to Island Club. I'm not sure I would recommend this particular unit but I would recommend the resort."

"It was awesome...the weather was the only issue...our vacation home was lovely cozy and very comfortable....we enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to return next year..I will never be able to return to Put In Bay without staying on the island in the Island Club homes..not only is it a nice place to visit but the people are very friendly and we felt very welcomed.."

"Overall I had a nice experience staying on the Island. The house was clean and pretty updated. My friends were impressed with how nice it was. I liked how you can check in without going to an office and our golf cart was waiting for us. However, we didn't have enough toilet paper and there was no soap in the bathrooms. When I asked for some they came but brought dishsoap haha so we had to use that. Also, the bunk beds are absolutely ridiculously squeeky. I felt like I couldn't move all night cause I'd wake up the person below me. Maybe switch to wooden ones? Still overall we had a nice stay. Thanks!"
