Escape to Put-in-Bay and enjoy the comfort and privacy of Island Club House 99! Located at the quieter end of the Island Club community, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home accommodates up to 8 guests and is perfect for families, friends, fishing trips, and island getaways.
Step inside to a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring Put-in-Bay. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dining space—everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home.
A sliding glass door leads to the shaded outdoor patio, surrounded by mature trees. Gather around the picnic table, prepare dinner on the gas grill with propane provided, or simply relax and enjoy the island atmosphere.
Guests also have access to the Island Club\'s shared pool area. Additional conveniences include central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, contactless entry through a coded front door, and driveway parking for up to two vehicles.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: One full bed and one twin bed
- Bedroom 2: One full bed
- Bedroom 3: One full bed and one twin bed
House 99 may also be rented with nearby Island Club homes, making it a great option for larger groups traveling together.
Island Club Rental Homes:
Guests have full use of their entire rental home, the yard surrounding the house, the patio with a picnic table and gas grill, and the driveway, which accommodates up to two vehicles.
Guests also have shared use of the Island Club pool area.

Other Things to Note
Season and Pool Availability:
The official Put-in-Bay season runs from April 1 through October 31. The busiest part of the season, when pools throughout the island are generally open, is between Memorial Day and mid-September. Pool availability may vary depending on weather and seasonal operating conditions.
Golf Cart Rentals and Transportation:
Golf carts are available to rent onsite. Advance reservations are highly recommended, especially for weekends and holidays.
Full-size vehicle parking around Put-in-Bay is extremely limited, so we highly recommend using a golf cart or taxi service to explore the island.
Island Atmosphere:
Weekends at Put-in-Bay are lively and known for nightlife, entertainment, and a fun island atmosphere—the perfect opportunity to unwind and escape the daily grind.
Weekdays offer a quieter, more relaxed, and family-friendly experience for guests who prefer to explore the island at a slower pace.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property, pets are not permitted, and the home is not wheelchair accessible.
