"Our rental home was just as pictured and clean! We enjoyed ourselves and had no issues with the home at all. We wanted to upgrade our golf cart from a 4 person to a 6 person on our second day, and the staff made it possible very quickly and easily. Very happy with our stay :)"

"We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet. The boys did lots of fishing and we walked trails. We shopped. This home was nice for cooking at home. We had my grandsons and granddaughter it was fun. Everything you needed was in the home it was great!"

"We (7 classmates) have been coming to the Island Club for 7 years now.
The cabin is clean, and in a safe spot on the Island.
Anytime we need anything the staff is just a phone call away, and are always courteous and helpful.
There is a swimming pool on the property, it is also clean and just a small walk away.
We always get a golf cart when we stay on the Island, and we enjoy renting one from the Iskand Club to get around the Island.
We enjoy that the Isoand Club is far enough away, however close enough to downtown, 10 min or so on a cart. We have also walked, Joe’s bar is a close walk away too!
We hope to continue to come back for many more years!

The Unit could use a little more maintenance. There was a blue tarp covering the skylight in the master bathroom. Knobs were missing from the dryer, deck out front is starting to rot close to the building, screens on front sliding doors would be nice, also screens on other windows would be nice too. Most if the delinquencies are minor and wouldn't take a lot of effort to correct. This didn't effect our trip and we were there for two weeks. We really enjoy going to the island and have always had a fair deal from Island Club Rentals."

"Fourth year at Put-in-Bay and fourth time staying at the Island Club. First time staying in rental 95, which was my favorite so far. It sits away from the large party cabins and noise of the pool, which was a nice change. "

"We had a really great time. The rental was nice - had a bit of a fishy smell when we went in. Like the last tenants cooked fish on the way out the door. AND one of the bedrooms had a huge hole punched in the door - clearly someone was upset. We were actually booked to stay in the newer lakefront condos but there was an issue with construction going on so they asked if they could put us in one of the homes and would give us linens included in the cost. I was good with that. Now I don't have to bring sheets and towels - SOLD. I was surprised to learn that I had to put the sheets on myself and they don't have fitted sheets just flat sheets but they had 2 per bed. Not that it was a big deal to put these on but I was not expecting to do that. My husband and I quickly just went around and got them ready for the family. The home was a little dated but clean and that is really my main concern. All in all the stay was pleasant, the home was clean and I would stay again."

"It was very enjoyable , dotty was very attentive and on top of everything all others were very nice also . A huge downfall of the places was neither outlet worked in either bathroom witch made getting ready hard and a few others through out the house didn't work , the house its self needed some TLC but the staff made up for it . "I have stayed at numerous places on the Island and this for me was mediocre. The size was perfect for 3 couples. It has a large common area which was nice. I believe that it could have been cleaner. No doubt it was cleaner after we left. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I will go back to Put in Bay Condos next year."

"The house was sufficient, spacious, and clean. Loved the cul de sac location of this property. The taxi service was excellent, they we very nice and quick and was available whenever needed. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend and would return again to this rental"

"We have rented from Island Club 3x previously, but this was the best house we've rented thus far. We loved the layout and service was swift when we had a couple issues upon arrival. It was secluded which we loved. My only wish is that the carpets could be cleaned a bit between renters. We would never go barefoot in the house because of the dirty carpet and floors in this house and the last one we rented in 2013. Other than that, we would recommend Island Club to our friends."

"We had a great experience at the Island Club. The house was very clean upon arrival and everything from check in to check out was extremely convenient. At one point, we ran out of propane and the front office delivered more within 10 minutes. The only suggestion I have is to bring a broom as there was not one in the house that we stayed in."

"I was not happy with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The master shower did not drain so we enjoyed standing in 6 inches of water each shower. Both shower curtains were moldy. In one of the bedrooms we found a used water bottle behind the mattress. And in the master we found a bag of opened pretzels under a dresser. You could tell nothing gets moved out or deep cleaned. Some of the mattresses had a foul odor as well. I was pleased with Dottie and the golf cart rental. All that was done very timely. I think next time tho I'd rather spend a little bit more money elsewhere for a clean experience. "

"It was good. The house is in good condition, although the vaccuum did not work at all. There was also a late deal offered for $200 less than the house was booked that we did receive, but they said they typically do not offer to homes that are already booked. I feel that repeat customers such as myself who has been renting a home every year since 2007, and always leaves the house in great condition should receive the best deals available. "

"This is the 3rd year coming to the Island Club and every time it's better and better. It's a great community to stay at for a week or just a weekend at PIB. We had one minor issue with the fridge not working but maintenance came by and put our stuff on ice as they fixed the fridge, they even have us 100$ off our golf cart rental which is always greatly appreciated. The island should be your first choice because it's just a 3$ cab ride to anywhere on the island, but away from downtown so you can enjoy the relaxing part of island life."

"The location and layout of the rental was good.I didn't like the that the side screen door had duct tape on it.The back sliding door wouldn't close all the way & was very hard to open,so we had a ton of bugs in the house & had to clean the kitchen the first morning.The back of a couch was broken.The manager and workers were all very nice."

"We were extremely happy. The place was very clean, quiet and conveniently located. We had to work with management on 2 separate occasions during booking and rental of a golf cart and both times they went out of their way to help us. We will definitely be back! "

"Stayed the 3rd week of June with my wife and 3 teenage sons. Overall the house was adequate, but not without problems. Picked this unit for its size, location and whirlpool tub in master bedroom. Tub in master didn't work (couldn't turn on the hot water). Called right away and they said they would send someone out, never happened. Back sliding door almost impossible to open or close. Bathrooms in desperate need of an update. Panel covering utility access coming off wall. The location was good and so was the yard. Overall fair condition at best. Beware of mayflies this time of year! "

Also, I would point out the to your door shuttle taxi that runs every ten minutes or so. If your roommates have the car, you can run into town for three dollars.

"The Island Club was very accommodating to our requests. The grill at our rental was not functional so when we called about it they had installed a new grill by the time we got back from touring the island so that we could make dinner. They also upgraded our golf cart from a 4 passenger to a 6 passenger and had it ready for us by the time we got off of the Ferry and drove to the house. Great service all around! We will definitely be staying there again."
