"When we first arrived and got into the house I was amazed as to how nice the place actually was, as my expectations were exceeded. The whole place was very clean comfortable and relaxing. The property location is only about a mile away from everything which is a 3 dollar taxi ride which was very nice. We will for sure be coming back next summer as we had a great time for our bachelor party."

"We had a wonderful time. The house was in good shape when we arrived. There was a full tank of propane for the grill (we grilled quite a bit). Island Club taxis were prompt, with fun and friendly drivers. My one and only criticism -- anyone who had Verizon wireless as their phone service provider was in a black hole. I had last stayed in an Island Club house back in 2010 and experienced the same issue. The Island Club HOA (or equivalent governing body) should seriously consider installing Wi-Fi throughout the development. Coordinating ferry pickups and giving directions to guests was extraordinarily difficult due to the poor cell reception. On some occasions we had to drive into town just to make a phone call or send a text message."

"We stayed for a bachelorette party with our girls side of the family. We had all ages and the one bedroom was really nice for the older ladies to have some privacy. The house was clean and the living room/ kitchen area was great for our large group.The staff was super helpful and we so appreciate it. The area was busy which was fun to be around. We had a great stay! "

"We always love coming to Put in Bay the first week of August!! It's a family tradition for the past five years!island Club offers, great services, amenities ( pool with golf carts) but the WiFi is horrible:( I'm not sure if we will return to the location we stayed at because of no service all week cost me a lot of loss business back home!
Besides that, services and management is top Notch! Great weekdays rates too! "

"I have rented with Island Club for 6 years now, and have had hands-down an amazing experience! All appliances are always in working-order, and the homes are well stocked with dishes, etc. One thing I wish we had was wifi. The signal for most of us on the island was pretty ******, so we weren't able to do things like stream the perfect party playlist. :-( "

"The Island Club was very nice..we had an EXCELLENT time..the property was very clean and accomodated our party celebratng two birtdays. Dean our shuttle driver for the complex did an excellent job and was always there within minutes when we called him. A definite asset to the Island.Club! We will definitely plan on staying again. "While we loved our stay at #109, I only wish we would have been able to check in earlier than 4PM. We come every year and some travel 4+ hours. With that long travel time, many of us take Friday off from work. With the cost of the house and distance we like to be able to make the most of our stay. By checking in so late, we felt as if the weekend was rushed getting in late Friday. When calling the Island Club to see if we could get an earlier check in, they were not very accommodating on this request which was a disappointment to many of the guests. "

"We had a great time! Taxi service was easily available. It rained on Saturday for a little bit, and the gutters were running over, so they needed to be cleaned out! That is my only complaint. lol"

"We had a very nice time. Unfortunately, it took most of the weekend to cool the house off. The air was working but very slowly and it was very humid. The master bath had a very strong odor in the room. We bought are freshners but it did not help. It was a strong sewer smell. We also noticed a bed in the master bedroom was broken on the frame when we arrived. "

"weather was great, island was full all services nice on island. cabin could have been a little cleaner in bathrooms. Not heat pads to take anything out of the oven which was tough. Did not receive deposit back because of crowd and rowdyiness. We did not have anymore then 1 extra person stay overnight in our 12 person cabin with us all weekend and not sure when we got rowdy after hours because we were out at bars and then passed out when arrived home. Understand they can use any reason to keep deposit which they did. "

"We were looking for a location where we could fit a large number of guests, not be crowded inside, and have nice beds to sleep in and the Island Club was perfect. We had rented 2 cabins for 20 guys and everyone either had a nice sized bed to sleep in or enough couch space to have comfortable sleep the entire weekend. The outside area was also large enough to play cornhole, throw the football around and grill some food and hang out. The cabs were constantly driving by the cabin so we were able to head downtown to the bars in different groups to fit everyone around the same time. No issues finding a ride home either. Good spot for large group of friends for any occasion."

"The house was well appointed with all items necessary for a great stay at Put-In-Bay. When we arrived there seemed to be a very distinct smell of sewage in the master bedroom but after turning the fan on and leaving it be for a few hours it did dissipate. It probably was from not being rented out for a few weeks. Other than that great experience a lot of room and all of the amenities we needed for a great weekend. Suggestion would be for a few floor matts at the interior in case of rain. "

"This is my second time staying with Island Club and we enjoyed our stay. My husband's family loved it (their first time there). The only major complaint I have is that the carpets were disgusting...our feet were black and we had to always wear shoes. I would recommend cleaning the carpets occasionally. We would love to stay agai but only if the floors are cleaned!"

"12 girls came to PIB to celebrate my sisters bachelorette party. It was a very successful event the house was perfect! Very comfortable and had everything necessary to run an event like ours. Great location. "

"This cottage was very clean and nice inside. The bunks were very comfortable but the 2 beds not bunks were a bit hard. We were not prepared for the complete lack of condiments, Ie. sugar, pepper, salt or even a bath mat for the shower. We have rented many cottages and this was the first with nothing of that sort.
The pool was nice and the area was quiet however we were there during the week.
The golf cart we rented was delivered promptly.
For anyone never having stayed on put in bay this is the way to go. I would stay again.

"We had a full house and it worked out perfect. Having the full kitchen and grill made for an awesome place to cook and eat when we weren't out and about. Everyone in our area was also nice and just there to enjoy their time on the island. We have stayed here before and plan on it again. "

"over all it was a great place to stay. Jerry was outstanding to work with. As a fishermen you need a place to clean fish and to dispose of the fish carcus. Also parking was very hard with the trucks and boat trailers."

"We had a group of 8 stay. The management was professional and friendly. Management came to the house with keys, paperwork, etc. as well as picked them up when we left. Golf carts were waiting when we got there. We loved the amenities and location of the house. The only thing I would complain about is there are no screens in most of the windows and sliding doors. It was a nice weekend and we would have liked to open it up without getting bugs inside."

"I had a Bachelor Party at Island Club #109 in September of 2013. The house was great for a group of guys, with enough double beds for 8 people and two full bathrooms. The management was very responsive. Taxis ($3/person) made getting around the island very easy.

That being said, I wouldn't stay there with a family, as there were water spots and mold/algae on the ceilings of the bathrooms due to leaky skylights and the cleaning was suspect.

But again, it was great for a group of guys who don't care about that kind of stuff."
