"Rental size and bedrooms were great with plenty of room,floors were dirty, and caused the kids feet to turn black while going barefoot, how pricey the villa was linen should have been provided, other than that the stay was amazing with family and kids."

"We were a group of 14 guys who rented two 10-person cottages. We came for a bachelor party and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Our neighbors were friendly, the cleaning staff was swift, and the manager was accommodating. Overall, it was exactly what we needed, and we would all return for another weekend."

"We had 2 homes rented and enjoyed our stay. Great response when we called and quick to fix air conditioning problem. Did not enjoy the Mayflies, but we know it was out of your control."

"Had a bachelor party there and everything was great. Checking in and out was a little confusing, but we figured it out. There were a few marks on the wall and there wasn't a handle on the refrigerator - but the spots to sleep were plentiful! We had to change the battery on the thermostat, but that wasn't a big deal at all. The wifi worked great, the location was perfect and the community was a blast to hang out with! I would come back in a heartbeat."

"Everything was good as normal this is my 3rd year in this cabin in April. Cabin works very well for up to 6 people so you each have a bed to your self.Plenty of room for getting together with friends and family. It was another great stay. "

"We had a great time at the Island Club. The cabin was great and the pool was nice. The one thing we were disappointed in was we rented Linens and paid $100 and only received six top sheets. There were no fitted sheets and they bundled and all the girls and it up on the nasty old mattresses. That was disgusting. Do not waste your money bring your own sheets."

"Excellent vacation house! Clean, nice, reasonable (though price during busy season is pretty high, off season is better). Second time staying at these home for a weekend and both times were great. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay again! The island club cab drivers are great as well (Tony and Coconut, we love you!)."

"20+ years staying Island Club, mostly in #105. Massive amount of fun memories at PIB and this house/community just is icing on the cake. Dottie is just wonderful, the house is comfortable and works beautifully for our needs. Counting down til next year's trip!"

"There were a few issues with the house we stayed in such as the handle on the frig was broken, and we ran out of paper towels, etc., but overall, it was a good experience for the money. We would go back. "

"Everyone was really nice and helpful. The only thing I would say that needed fixed was to have the carpet and floors cleaned more. Our feet were black from how dirty it was, but to be fair it is in the wooded area. I would return again, nice place to stay."

"Island club made everything really easy. Wasn't allowed to check in until 4pm though, which kind of sucked. Also, the door was unlocked when we got there, which was odd. The fridge never really got cold either, even after turning it to the coldest temp. Everything else was awesome though. It was really easy to make yourself at home. We will definitely be staying in a condo next year too. "

"Very comfortable for our large extended family. Because we cooked all of our meals, the kitchen was our center and it was great. The pictures do not justify the lovely furniture and lay-out. We were missing a few things upon arrival. A quick call was made and within ten minutes our needs were met! The appliances were more than adequate, we never ran out of hot water and we certainly enjoyed the benefit of that nice new central air system! My small grandchildren were asking about "the next time" we were coming shortly after we arrived. The boys caught some huge fish off downtown pier and our favorite store was the Del Sol. The new owners are so kind, friendly and were very kind to the children. Would certainly hope anyone reading this would visit their shop. "

"Its was our 4th year in a row coming early in the season to enjoy the island life and some fishing. As always we had a great time with a rental condo that provides everything you could expect for a fun and relaxing time."

"Nice, clean place when we arrived. Taxi service was in and out of the place which made it very easy to get from point a to point B. Wish the place was a little updated inside but overall was very spacey. "

"When we were told to bring our own towels, I didn't think about needing kitchen towels and dishrags. We had a dishwasher in the kitchen, but did not bring dishwasher soap. We were supposed to be able to connect to the internet at the pool area, but it did not work despite repeated assurances that it would be fixed. The airconditioning did not keep the house cool during the day. It would catch up late in the evening. We did not have keys to the golf carts when we arrived, but someone brought them to us within 15 minutes of our call. Overall, the house was okay, but more run down than we expected. We ate at 6 different restaurants and enjoyed them all. We did not run out of things to do or interesting places to go. The pool area was really nice and well maintained, with the exception of the lack of the promised internet. We probably will return to Put-in-Bay and will recommend it to our family and friends."

"we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Dottie was extremely nice and accomodating. The grounds were clean, as well as the pool. It is an out of the way spot, but close enough to many things. The cabin was nice and clean when we checked in. My only suggestion would be to clean the deck. I mopped it and dusted it when I checked in because it was a little dirty and covered in cob webs. But, I didn't mind. Again, my family and I had a great time."

"The rental was very spacious and clean. We would definitely do this again. I got the deal through Living Social. This unit comes with plates, glasses, bowls, silverware and a dish washer. Next time I would bring my own food to cook. I didn't enjoy the dining experiences at the local restaurants. The unit comes with a washing machine and dryer as well. You will need to bring detergent. "

"We enjoyed our two-night stay in Put-in-Bay. The Island Club home area was quiet and the cabin was roomy. Unit 105 could use some maintenance (burned out light bulbs, missing refrigerator handle, wonky toilet seat, and I am not sure what happened to the small couch!) But we had a good time and the location was good."

He did not sing as much, there was a lot of breaks in his songs, he didn't change outfits like he used to and his music choices are not as fun. "everything was fine, inside was very clean, had a few problems, grill was filthy and covered in grease, we asked twice for it to be cleaned, no one ever came, so we had to clean ourselves,also our cart never showed up at checkin, had to sit and wait on deck and call 3 times to finally get it, when we get it they requested to physically HOLD my credit card, last problem, due to weather we considered staying another night on monday, talked to woman who said she was the manager to get availability and price, she never called back, so we just ended up staying another night. this was the second year we stayed here, will probably consider upgrading next year. in the end you get what you pay for."

"We made the reservation several months ago. As we prepared for the trip and read other reviews on the web, we became concerned that the house might be in terrible shape. We were shocked in how nice the place really was. We had a couple of minor problems, all taken care if live as we were moving in. In general the furniture was very good, a new large flat screen with satellite service, relatively new refrig, stove, microwave, and new mattresses. Blew us away. Other than an island wide invasion of MayFlies--the vacation was great and over too soon. "

"This was a great place to stay. We loved everything about it! There was a lot of room, a great value for the price. The pool was very nice. The only issue we had was the grill didn't work. We will definitely be staying here next year!"

"Everything about the description was accurate. It was in a nice location with lovely surroundings and just enough space away from your neighbors. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. While it wasn't dirty, one of the bathrooms and the kitchen floor needed some more attention. I'd go back again! "

"If you expect a 5 star hotel experience you're a moron. It's a cabin. It's just what you would think. It was clean, and nice, everything worked. The only problem we had was that there was something in the walls, some kind of woodland creature, scratching and gnawing. I never called to report it because I was the only one who heard it the first night. Everyone made me think I was crazy. But the second night it woke everyone up, by then we were checking out so still didn't report it. "

"Stayed in a cabin Labor Day Weekend for my buddies bachelor party. Everything was as advertised. Would do it again and would recommend it to anyone who has a large group. "

"We enjoyed having a home away from home where we could have our dogs with us (dogs allowed during the week, not weekends). Nice to have a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. Condition issues when we first arrived Were taken care of by management within minutes. Kitchen items missing (colander, wine opener) supplied quickly, along with hangers for the closets. Patio furniture in poor condition, carpeting needs replacing. Tile needed sweeping (lots of little dead bugs). Place has some wear and tear. All in all, however, especially after settling in with our personal items, it was a nice place to call "home" while we were on the island."

"When we arrived at the property we booked we found out that the sewer had backed up and it couldnt be occupied. We were very upset but Dottie assured us she would find us another acceptable property and she did and she reimbursed us for the difference between the 2 properties. She was very nice and checked on us daily. As a result of her good customer service we will return to this location."
