"Communicating with the owners was very easy. We had a few minor problems and the owners responded IMMEDIATELY. Great/quiet location of our unit (#98). Easy in/easy golf cart rental and return. This is our 2nd time staying at the Island Club, and I will definitely be back."

"The property was fine for the time we stayed there. Very spacious. My only issue was we never received our propane tank and we placed several calls that started early in the morning and ended late that night. I was told it would be dropped off in an hour, then I was told my apologies I will put in a ticket and have that taken care of, then I was told yet again, I apologize but the office is now closed so I can put in a ticket for you to receive it the next day. Still never got it and never received a call from anyone explaining what the issue was."

"Property was very nice other than the carpet had some stains and the reclining couch did not recline. Management started that the carpet and furniture was in much better shape before the "Christmas in July" crowd got a hold of it. Overall,it was very nice and we had a great time. "We enjoyed our three days at Put In Bay. Our gulf cart worked wonderfully and was a great way to enjoy the island. We especially loved shopping on the island. We traveled all over the island and enjoyed the awesome sunset each evening. Our rental home was amazing. Lots of room for our comfort. We look forward to our return visit next year."

"Very nice. quiet place. fairly clean. washing machine water hooked up backwards, hot water comes from the blue valve and is hooked up to the cold intake hose on the machine, and vice-versa.

"This was my first time staying in one of the Island Club rentals, in the actual community, usually we stay across the street. This is a great spot for Fall Ball or Spring Fling. Close to the party and easy access. The house was clean and very accommodating for the people there. "

"We rent 2 houses and from 10 to 18 come for 1,2,or3 days. We enjoy it very much. It is nice to have a house rather than a hotel room. We enjoy our stay very much. We are always taken good care of by Dottie and Jerry."

"Jerry and his staff are top notch, just like the houses at Island Club. This was our third consecutive year staying in a property managed by Jerry and we were extremely happy. House 98 is perfect for larger groups with a large kitchen and living room to fit everyone. The house is in a prime location in the development; private, near the back and a huge front deck perfect for day and evening festivities. House 98 is our favorite so far. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. Hope to be back again next year!"

"Our unit was dirty when we got there and there was a huge cut in one of the sofa's. One of the people who worked there simy said "yeah that's been there a while" when we pointed it out. While it was a convenient stay, it was not clean and everything just felt dirty. Great home and lots of fun just clean it up and make the repairs you know you need to make please!"

"The Cabin in general was very nice. The bedrooms were large along with the common space, great for a group. Neighbors were friendly and the cab service was great. Due to the weather we didn't have much of an opportunity to enjoy the large deck space, but the grill was used multiple times and was excellent to have. The condition of the cabin was the only downside. There were tons of dead bugs in the kitchen sink, multiple dead smeared bugs on the walls and ceiling, dried gum on a dining room chair, birds in the walls in one of the bedrooms and the TV was broken in the other bedroom. All small and cosmetic. We all enjoyed ourselves very much and would definitely come back in the future."

"My vacation rental experience was above and beyond. The rental unit was so much bigger than I anticipated. The weather was beautiful and the neighboring vacationers were great as well. The beds were arguably the most comfortable beds I have experienced in quite some time. My experience was very refreshing and something I plan on doing in the future."

It was also very close to the Fall Ball party, but far enough away so we had some privacy. It was PERFECT!! Jerry, Dottie, and everyone at the Island Club is terrific. Can't wait for next year!!"

"2nd time staying at this property (first in this particular house). Nice space, very accommodating. It was clean and spacious. Highly recommend the linens option so you don't have to bring sheets/towels...definitely worth it. Would like to see the property company do something to facilitate recycling. It strikes me that people visiting this island tend to go through a LOT of cans and bottles, and it's a shame to think so much of that would end up in a landfill. What are we? Barbarians? :) "

"Great property in a a great location. Two imporrant things I feel need addressed. No land line phone. Pretty much cell service was not existent. Safety concerns. Also the cleaning crew showed up 50 minutes early. Nibidy was there at the time wxcept my dog. Thank goodness she is friendly. Thanks so much for allowing her. That un itself made this trip even mire enjoyable, great property for a small dog. Feelung pressured to leave early, and him arriving almost the same time as cleaning resulted in us leaving a brand new cooler behind. He called me in town, service worked there and I got no pictures as that was my alotted photography time cut short. Trivial, but you may want to repair master bdrm screen and back sliding door's lock because it didn't lock. We had no keys anyway? Other than that, rhis property was near perfect, truly."

"We stayed at the Island club and came to put in bay with no idea what we were really in for. The club is a little stretch from town just over a mile but the houses were nice the transportation was affordable and readily available. The walk into town wasn't that bad but we rented a golf cart after the first time just so we could bring supplies to the pools in town with us. Awesome trip will for sure be back!!!!"

"We went to Put in Bay for the first time in June for a bachelorette party. We stayed in Island Club #98 which was clean and spacious for the 8 girls that went (the house sleeps 10). Grabbing a cab to head into town to go to the bars or the pool was extremely easy/quick. I would recommend bringing cash as every cab ride is $3 per person. Overall we had a great time & would definitely go back! "

"In general, we had a good experience. Management was responsive, cabin was clean, and location was good. Very happy with the common pool. On the less positive side, the dumpster/trash can outside was full to the brim when we arrived (and was never picked up during our stay), and the plugs outside on the patio were not working. Also, the BBQ grill was really dirty and in a terrible condition."

"We like staying in condo 98. It is very comfortable. It is starting to show its age, but overall very pleasant. The washing machine does not have any cold water but that is a minor inconvenience. I would recommend better lighting in the living room. The beds are quite comforts me and the staff very accommodating. We are from Arkansas, not Alaska!"
