"We have stayed in these condos for 6+ years. They are the nicest newest condos on the island. That being said, you can tell they need a little reinvestment of the profit put back in to them. The tiles on the exterior walk way are cracked, broken and/or missing. Our condo had plumbing issues... so severe in fact, that the down stairs toilet backed up & flooded the floor. We called to notify the condo company and informed the on-site maintenance man- no one ever showed up to fix it, clean it, or do anything. My mother in law had informed them the previous day that there was an issue with the kitchen plumbing & he had zero concern- he was very dismissiveof her actually. The pool was ok but could have used a thorough cleaning... the child safety gate is also broken so parents beware.
We Love these condos so it pains me to write these details but they've pursed me several times to review the property. I decided I'd go ahead & be honest. I will return however the prices keep rising, there is no real loyalty program for returning to their property year after year & they are providing less and less customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone to report the plumbing issues was very rude & acted as if I was bothering her. We should have just left it & let them figure it out based on their attitude. However, I was terrified they'd bill our credit card for damages that were not our fault. "

"We stayed in Pool view condos and had a blast, even though the pool wasn’t opened yet. We met some great people also. It was my moms Birthday and Mothers Day weekend. It was a little chilly especially being surrounded by water. We’re going back this year and staying in the same place because we had a blast and we didn’t do everything that we wanted to do "

"This was our third year staying at the waterfront condos on PIB.This year our family had 6 condos for over 50 people! It’s the most convenient place to stay for everyone from my 88 year old mom to the youngest 1yr old. It’s a safe quiet area but only a golf cart away from all the great places to visit. The condos are well equipped and clean and comfortable!"

"We got a 4 person golf cart. There was only 3 of us. It was adequate in size but I would think if you had 4 large people, then it would be on the small side. Seemed to be slower than the other golf carts on the island but it still got us from point A to Point B. It was clean and well taken care of. In comparison, we rented a golf cart when we visited Kelley Island and that one was not very clean. When we checked in, they brought us our keys and showed us where to find the golf cart. So service was great. I would recommend just renting a golf cart from Island Club Rentals. Makes things very convenient."

"I recently planned a bachelorette party to PIB and stayed at Aunt Jane's #2 with 17 girls. There was plenty of space in the house and we were in a perfect location! The only downfall was the A/C, when we arrived to the house all of the window units were turned off and the house was extremely hot. However after the first night with the window units turned on, it cooled down and was perfect for our trip!"

"We have stayed at this property 5 times. We come back because of the location. It is a nice place to stay for a large group but needs some maintenance. Door handles upstairs are missing and the floors need to be scrubbed. "

"Had a great time there for my bachelor party. Across the street from the blue marlin pool/bar. And maybe a 5 minute walk from about 10 other bars and restaurants. We party hard, but we're respectful and cleaned up. Glad that we got our security deposit back. Would rent again. Owners didn't bother us at all."

"We stayed at Aunt Jane's for my daughter's bachelorette party. There were 16 of us total. The house was perfect for our stay. There were plenty of beds and room for the group. Even with two bathrooms and 16 girls, we had enough hot water and places to get ready. The dishwasher overflowed and there was water all over the floor and someone came right away to clean it up. The only minor complaint is that the floors were really dirty. Bathrooms, etc. were clean so I think it is just needing to clean up the hardwood floors better. Overall, great house and amazing location."

"Stayed at Aunt Jane's for my bachelor party over Memorial Day Weekend and can honestly say I had the time of my life..the house is perfectly situated a stone's throw from Blue Marlin (Pool Bar) and about a quarter mile from good food and great bars..there is a lot of foot traffic on the road, which we really enjoyed. Everybody that passed by waved and even stopped by the lawn for some wiffle ball. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks to the managers who came by and helped out with trash throughout the stay."

"The location was great very close to everything you come to Put-In-Bay to do, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It was really clean and we all very comfortable there. I only have 2 complaints: the pull out couch was broken, and we needed it because we had exactly 16 people and the house didn't have an iron. If Island Club could fix these 2 things the place would get 5 stars! Other than that we had an awesome time staying

"The location of this house is amazing! It is right across the street from the Blue Marlin. We have been going to the island for an adult weekend for many years and we usually camp. This year we stayed at Aunt Janes and it was a great option! the upstairs shower door was broken and the floors throughout the house need a serious scrub. Other than that, it was great and we stayed here again."

"We had initially booked another house, but when we arrived there was a horrible odor throughout the house. Fortunately, Island Club Rentals were able to transfer us to another house. The only problem with the new house was that it had only 2 bathrooms, although there was no odor."

"While the location was perfect, the house seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. Our feet were black within minutes of walking on the floor, girls got rashes and bites from the couches, and the blankets were downright scary. The air conditioning is through window units, and not all rooms have them and some that did were spitting water everywhere. It would be the perfect place to stay if they would just spend a little money and clean!"

"The property description was accurate as to what was in the house and layout. Doesn't look like the cleanest house from the outside when you arrive but we were pleasantly surprised when we got inside as to how nice it actually was. Bedrooms weren't as nice as we had hoped but they were good enough for a bachelor party, nobody seemed to mind, it was a place to crash after a long day/night of partying. We couldn't have imagined a better location! It was perfect!"

"Everything was as described and agreed upon. A couple of maintenance guys were working at the other Aunt Janes house and were gtreat in helping us get a new gas tank for the grill. "The rental property was perfect! We had 16 girls for a bachelorette party and it fit us all comfortably. It was a perfect location for the pools/swim up bars and the downtown activity. Our group plans to return to put in bay every year and hope to be able to stay at Aunt Jane's 2 again! The only thing is that the rental agreement states there are 9 full beds. There are actually 8 full beds and 2 sure to pack sheets accordingly! "

"overall experience was awesome. the rental was a little worn and could use updated. the tv was broken and no cable which did not matter(tv did not work), no radio also. the mattresses were old and worn, but sleeping was ok. had a hard time finding the property because wrong house number. outside appearance was not good, grass needed cut and there was no landscaping (flowers, shrubs). still would go back, just needs a little TLC."
